B&B HOTEL CHARTRES Oceane

The room was bigger than the usual B&B hotels where we've been before. It was clean and comfortable. The reception kept me updated with my booking and sent me the room number and the access code before our arrival. The breakfast was good and tasty. We liked also the secured parking. I'll book again the B&B Hotels, because I know what to expect from the chain.

We wrte allocated a disabled room on the 3rd floor which was spacious and ideal for us with 2 dogs. Although bed was comfortable giving us an excellent night's sleep we were woken just after 6am by a delivery lorry immediately below our window, which was a shame. Our stay included breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed setting us up for our journey that day. Staff were friendly and helpful and communication in advance of our arrival was excellent. We look forward to staying again.

The staff, especially Thomas, was great. The hotel is clean and updated. Breakfast was perfect. Close to city and parking for both hotel and visit to Cathedral were easy. Enjoyed dinner at Cafe Bleu. Good stop right off motor way.

I didn’t actually book breakfast with our room as I didn’t think we would need it, but when we came down in the morning of our checkouts, the very kind lady at reception offered us breakfast anyway, it was a continental buffet style breakfast, and even though I had not booked it, we were given breakfast along with a 10% discount because we had stayed overnight in the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with fresh scrambled eggs, fresh bacon and an absolute mountain of cheese and ham is we could not have been happier with the breakfast. It was absolutely

The room was spotless. Breakfast was lovely and replenished as needed. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking easy and the hotel was quiet and situated in a quiet location. Plenty to do nearby with shops and restaurants.
